Exam Pattern

  • Mode: Hybrid (Computer-Based Test and Pen & Paper). 
  • Duration: Varies by section; typically ranges from 45 to 60 minutes per section.
  • Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • Marking Scheme:
    • +5 for each correct answer.
    • -1 for each incorrect answer.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Age Limit: No specific age limit; however, candidates must meet the age criteria (if any) of the university they are applying to.

  • Registration: Candidates must register on the official CUET website.
  • Application Form: Fill in personal and academic details, select desired universities and programs, and choose test subjects.
  • Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of required documents, including photograph and signature.
  • Fee Payment: Pay the application fee online.
  • Confirmation: Submit the application and retain a copy of the confirmation page for future reference.
