- UG: 10+2 with required scores in PCM/PCB for B.Tech or related courses.
- PG: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Ph.D.: Master’s degree with qualifying marks.

- KEEE (Kalasalingam Entrance Exam) for B.Tech.
- GATE/University entrance for M.Tech.
